Let the breakage begin! (Actually, I hope nothing changes for anyone.)
Also, if anyone has opinion/suggestions on the --raw mode (as in:

Are plain tags enough or do you need signed tags?

And just to be clear on the versioning: the scheme I'm using is
currently [supported OpenCL major].[supported OpenCL minor].YY.MM.DD
You'd prefer major.minor.YYYY.MM.DD?
