[Pkg-openssl-devel] Error: Package 'libssl1.1' has no installation candidate

Dear OpenSSL maintainers,

I am trying to install this third-party software called N-Link
<https://lights0123.com/n-link/>, a tool for managing files on the
TI-Nspire CX II graphing calculator. It provides a Debian package on the
page, so I tried to install it. However, it requires libssl.so.1.1. As I
went to apt to install libssl1.1, it claimed it was a virtual package
and has no installation candidate. This confused me because the Debian
page <https://packages.debian.org/en/bullseye/libssl1.1> for it has a
download link. I would prefer to use the official repositories over a
manually downloaded .deb file if I could help it, especially since
Discord does not have a package repository.

Sincerely,

Samuel "clevor" Connelly
