[Pkg-owncloud-maintainers] Salsa and list

I now moved owncloud-client and qtkeychain to salsa and also add the users I 
found on salsa to the new owncloud team. If you are not in the salsa group 
please request to join the group, after you have an account for salsa. Than 
I'll add you to the team.

> What packages are managed by the ownloud team?

till now I'm only aware of qtkeychain. All other packages have moved out of 
owncloud team into php team.
