That the BTS doesn't report versions, but about suites and it "thinks" 
that unstable is affected by the bug, while testing isn't.

elbrus at respighi:~$ rmadison lazarus -s unstable
lazarus    | 2.2.6+dfsg2-2 | unstable   | source, all
lazarus    | 3.0+dfsg1-7   | unstable   | source, all

Probably due to left over. We should ask ftp-master to clean up.
