
<html><head></head><body><div>The issue here is that LPK files are needed by binary libs (pascal units / ppu) and source packages.</div><div>The right solution would be probably to move them into a separate packages that is used by both source and binaries.</div><div>However, that ppu files are distributed not as a unique packages but split into several ones. So this solution will require to double the number or packages required to install full Lazarus installation.</div><div><br></div><div>Another easier solution would be to make sources depend on binary or binary depend on sources, but this is not something I like, even if, it is true, that in order for Lazarus to show its all power, it needs the sources to be installed.</div><div><span><pre>-- <br></pre><pre>Cheers,
