Oops, I didn't see that before uploading the package because
LWP::Online ':skip_all' gave me 'Test requires a working internet
connection' because I have http_proxy set.
If I unset http_proxy in debian/rules I can reproduce this bug.

Will turn off the internet tests in a minute.
