Damyan, could you look into dh-make-perl, please, since you know the
dependency stuff best? (Although I'd like to upload the current
version in svn soon.) -- Or is this already implemented? I just saw
the prune_* functions in lib/Debian/Control/FromCPAN.pm ...

I've now added a new check to scripts/qa/packagecheck; the
s/perl-modules/perl/ is not difficult, cleaning up afterwards a bit
more, and it shows some "interesting" constructs.
Anyway, given that the amount of packages is not large it's not much
manual work.
