The new version is uninstallable if one refuse to install apache2 server
on the client.

I do not want to have server packages as apache installed on a client
ever! Install them unadministrated on a workstation will be a great
security problem.

Please lower the dependency for apache2 to suggest as the binary works
fine without any apache installed. Even better, strike apache2 and add
the meta package httpd as suggestion.
