Bug#617804: w3c-linkchecker: Minor error in the package description

Hi.

The package description currently reads "[...]extracts a list of anchors
and lists..." but I think it should be "extracts a list of anchors and
links" like it is in the program webpage
(http://validator.w3.org/checklink/checklink).
