Thanks for your comment - and the rest of your tireless tasks :-)

I respectfully disagree with both you and lintian:

A License paragraph should contain verbatim licensing statement for that 
license, with any comments kept separately.  Most Perl modules has no 
License-specific statement but instead has a combo "same as Perl" 
statement which unfolds to 2 separate licenses.
