Whereever the problem was, it seems to be fixed.

I just accessed #816527 successfully, both with dpt-forward and with
the bug.pl from this bug logged (and some days ago it also worked on
a different bug).

Hm, but not with 491723. Hm.

Anyway, at least PGP-signed reports don't cause explosions anymore.
