A README is only for additional information, the real documentation
is always `man Apache2::AuthenNTLM' = `perldoc Apache2::AuthenNTLM'
(which may or may not be sufficient ...).

In this case upstream seems rather inactive, so I wouldn't expect
major improvements in the documentation ...
