Package: libpod-elemental-perl
Severity: minor

Dear Maintainer,

I am the author of Pod::Elemental, packaged by Debian as libpod-elemental-perl.

I was informed in 2015 that a typo fix was being applied:

  https://github.com/rjbs/Pod-Elemental/issues/5

I said: This fix is wrong. Please stop.

The patch is:

  https://sources.debian.org/patches/libpod-elemental-perl/0.103004-1/fix_spelling_error_in_manpage.patch/

My documentation is correct, here, and the patch makes it nonsensical.

Please stop applying this patch.
