Hi, I don't think that helps. I expect the old s390x binary would
still need to be removed by the FTP team, so closing #974418 would only
confuse things.

I recommend waiting for the FTP team to act on #974418, then just
downgrading #968362 to 'normal' or 'important'. The package should be
fine to migrate to testing after that.

Setting the supported archs in debian/control seems unnecessary to me
as long as the package fails to build on the unsupported ones anyway.
