[libset-intspan-perl] Status of version 1.19-2

Dear Debian maintainers,

I'm contacting you regarding the status of the libset-intspan-perl package.
We would like to migrate this package from Ubuntu main to universe since it
comes as a new runtime dependency of libstring-copyright-perl.
Yet there are packaging fixes [1] from up-to ~1 year ago that we would
benefit from applying before moving the package to main ; including updates
of the Vcs-* fields and bump of the debhelper compatibility version.

We saw that these changes are currently unreleased in Debian [2]. Is there
any plan to release the new version in Debian in the near future?
