Perl BoF at DebConf23

After today's schedule changes, the BoF seems to take place in room
Kuthiran (instead of Anamudi), so the stream URL is supposed to be
https://debconf23.debconf.org/schedule/venue/2/ (instead of /1).

On a personal note, I'm optimistic that I will have working wifi at
the time *fingers crossed*.
