As of Perl 5.44.0 (currently in experimental), Perl headers now require C99
features. This makes libmarpa-r2-perl fail to build.

This is fixed upstream in 14.000000 according to its change log.

A full build log is at

If you want to test changes against Perl 5.44 in experimental and run
into uninstallability problems, there is a test repository of rebuilt
Debian sid packages for amd64 available at <https://perl.debian.net/>.
