     I'd tag the latest commit including your commit.

But I'm not very agree your last commit:

debian/source$ cat options
extend-diff-ignore = "jpeginfo.h"

This commit there is a shortcoming, that is any change in jpeginfo.h 
will not find by dpkg-source.

The string " $Id: hash $" in "jpeginfo.h" file is almost not change in 
upstream.
Even this string changed in upstream, it will not affect do deb package.

IMHO, this commit is not necessarily.
