I'm very sorry, but I have no capacity for this.  Its a completely new<br>
source / build system which I'm not comfortable with.  I gave it a try<br>
but it needs new Rust dependencies.  Since I have no idea about Rust I<br>
have no sensible chance / resources to packages these.<br>

   sudo apt install reportbug<br>
   reportbug pngquant<br>
     -> Please update to version 3.0.3<br>
     -> Severity wishlist<br>
