[pkg-php-pear] Build failure with phpunit 4

Looking closer to some of them, it seems that they are mostly Thomas’
packages. Thomas, can you please have a look at them? Please at least
make sure the VCS is up to date (php-event-dispatcher’s one isn’t) if
you want some help. If some packages are not useful anymore, do not
hesitate to tag them as such (or request directly for their removal).
Please do note that time is at stake here if we want to release Jessie
with an updated PHPUnit package.
