I’d prefer not to: I’m fine keeping the same license as upstream for the
packaging when that’s possible, and do not intend to explicitly hold any

Last time (two years ago) I add an exchange with ftpmaster@ on this
matter, Thorsen replied “If you want to have it this way, than that's
how it should be.” [0] Unless something changed in the meantime, I’d
rather not impose an explicit copyright for debian/*.
