[pkg-php-pear] Recently orphaned php-nrk-predis

Hi team,

I noticed that the package php-nrk-predis was recently orphaned [1].
It's a dependency of Symfony's test suite and adopting it under this
team was mentioned back in 2018 [2] but never happened.

It seems upstream has had no development for 3 years despite 141 open
issues [3] and is more or less abandoned by its maintainer [4]. Not
great in terms of maintenance, to say the least.

Would it still be desirable to adopt it under this team?
