 (@athos and I) would like to do the transition for the next Ubuntu 
release, but we understand it'd be better to do it in Debian first.<br><br>We are happy to help with the Debian side transition, as we understand that cross-collaboration would lead to the best.<br><br>If
 you are not interested in doing the transition now, we can start it in 
Ubuntu, and send Debian the patches/fixes for the eventual bugs we find
