Looking further on the related debci page [2], I noticed the tests run for almost three hours now with PHPUnit 12.3.11, while they used to run in less than three minutes with PHPUnit 12.3.8. In the mean time, I=E2=80=99d suggest disabling the test(suite) on s39= 0x for the time being to not hold the PHPUnit 12 transition.
