[Pkg-privacy-maintainers] Keyringer website and VCS unaccessible

Hi Silvio,

since some time our Debian maintainer Dashboard [1] shows me that
keyringer.pw is down. Do you know why this is happening? Currently, this
results in the fact that new upstream releases are not seen
automatically by the dashboard anymore.

The same seems to be true for the Git repository located at
https://git.fluxo.info/keyringer.

PS: @team mates, I'm having this conversation on the list and not in
private (which I would normally do in such a case), as it might concern
some other people here. I hope it does not generate too much noise, if
it does, please let me know.
