[Pkg-privacy-maintainers] Bug#817087: support multiple tor daemon instances

It would be nice to be able to view the circuits from the Tor daemon
run by the Tor Browser in addition to the system Tor daemon. Right now
I can't see any support for this in the UI, --help or manual page.
