no package removal ever should touch files in a users home directory. if
this happened, this would be a serious bug.

If you remove gimp or libreoffice, would you want/expect it to delete
all your documents too?

I really don't see what could be done here, in this package. There is
no reliable way to show notes on package removal or purge and even if
there were, I'm not sure I wanted to display those notes by default (and
having them optional would defeat the purpose.)

But, there's another package which could be helpful here:
unburden-home-dir, though I'm not sure it supports torbrowser(-launcher) yet.

So instead of closing this bug should we maybe reassign this to
unburden-home-dir ?
