I have the same problem on a desktop and on a laptop running KDE since yesterday. It doesn't seem to me pulseaudio updated, but maybe some library or anything else...
lspci still see audio hardware, but on Audio Volume -> Advance I have "No Device Profiles Available": it seems sound system can't see hardware.
Re-enabling autospawn didn't work for me.
