I then checked again how long pulseaudio is taking to restart and it seems to only take a second now.</div><div><br></div><div><span>$ time systemctl --user restart pulseaudio<br><br>real 0m1.667s<br>user 0m0.000s<br></span><div><span>sys 0m0.005s<br></span></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><div>It seems like this bug resolved itself with a later update to whatever was causing this problem. I verified this by removing the increased timeout from pulseaudio.service (so it uses the default timeout again) and restarted the system. Pulseaudio starts up correctly and no longer times out. Pulseaudio actually seems to start much more quickly than before.<br></div><div><br></div><div>I appreciate the help you provided with this but I think this bug can be closed now.<br></div><span></span></div></div></div></div></div></div></body></html>
