Looks good.

Some bikeshedding: To enable git-buildpackage to use its defaults, this
cound be pushed to the "master" branch at alioth, and the contents of
the 0.25.0 tag from reductivelabs could then be available as the
"upstream" branch, as well as the "upstream/0.25.0" tag.
