[Pkg-roundcube-maintainers] French Gender-Neutral Translation for Roundcube for Debian package

Wow, that would be really great! I would love to see this locale added
to the Debian package, but if I were you I would wait for a release
where I tested the UI integration (hopefully soon!).

I've been talking with others, and at least one person expressed the
intention of making a PR on the repository to add support for a Spanish
gender-neutral translation.

If that happens, I'll change the name of the repository and its
description to be more general.

While I'm at it, do you think the locale name is OK? Should I change it
to something more general such as `fr_GN`? I think it would make sense
if other gender-neutral locales are added...

As for the copyright and Roundcube compatibility issues, I've addressed
them in the 1.0.1 release.
