[DRE-maint] Bug#560541: pkgconfig file in libsvm-dev?

Hey everyone,

I’ve checked a “fix” to this bug into version control (it’s just
hardcoding the include path and the -l option for libsvm in extconf.rb).
So if anyone wants to have a look at it, there is an RC bug to be
closed!

I see.  I’ve accordingly moved you to Uploaders in the SVN (and made the
team the maintainer instead).  I didn’t really want to remove you
completely, though – thanks for you work :-)
