[DRE-maint] Bug#575882: Theme is not applied on the Activity page

Version: 0.9.3-1

When I changed redmine theme, the Activity page is not only applied
the new theme.

The theme I used is here:
http://www.modula.fi/2009/redmine-theme-modula-mojito/

Even I change to another default theme such as 'classic', that page is
still maintain the previous theme.
