Hello

Don't look only related to jquery version.

We have differents errors :
* CORS access ( https://www.redmine.org/issues/29405 )
* jquery version 3 provided without jquery migrate (all jquery scripts
  are broken)
* rails ujs lib (this lib manage submission form as login/issue
  page)

I confirm a potential workaround we can replace app/ and public/
directory from official redmine archive.

Thanks
