This problem is resolved with redmine (4.0.1-1), but another problem
appeared:

Setting up redmine (4.0.1-1) ...
Could not find gem 'pg (~> 1.1)' in any of the gem sources listed in
your Gemfile.
dpkg: error processing package redmine (--configure):
installed redmine package post-installation script subprocess returned
error exit status 1
Errors were encountered while processing:
  redmine
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

apt-get install ruby-pg

.....................

Suggested packages:
   doc-base
The following packages will be REMOVED:
   gitlab
The following packages will be upgraded:
   ruby-pg

So now the problem is with ruby-pg.

Thx in advance!
