[Pkg-rust-maintainers] Bug#1006928: librust-phf-shared+uncased-dev depends on package that is not in Debian.

The most recent upload of rust-phf-shared added a new feature package,
librust-phf-shared+uncased-dev which depends on librust-uncased-0.9-dev

rust-uncased is not in Debian and I cannot find any evidence of an attempt
to package it. I have looked in the new queue, have looked through the mailing
lists for recent reject messages and have looked in the debcargo-conf git
repository.

Is there any intent to package rust-uncased or should the feature be dropped?
