I am a bit unhappy with the copyright holder you mention:
 Internet Security Research Group and Contributors 
They are not mentioned in the sources. Your Source: points to ntpd-rs within the pendulum project.
My browser tells me something about an invalid certificate when looking at https://pendulum-project.org/ that is issued from SomeOrganization for SomeOrganization.

So who is the copyright holder and who is Tweedegolf?
