[Pkg-rust-maintainers] Bug#1063784: rust-tower-http: fails to build its provided source

Source: rust-tower-http
Version: 0.4.4-1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA512

The package fails to build its provided source:

error[E0432]: unresolved import `mime::MimeIter`
   --> /<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/debian/cargo_registry/tower-http-0.4.4/src/validate_request.rs:118:18
    |
118 | use mime::{Mime, MimeIter};
    |                  ^^^^^^^^ no `MimeIter` in the root

I notice that the package source includes a patch to relax dependency
on the crate mime >= 0.3.17, and I notice that the *only* difference
upstream between 0.3.16 and 0.3.17 apparently is the addition of
MimeIter: https://github.com/hyperium/mime/commit/2370800
