No nothing from me that we can't upgrade to later.

Re nocheck:
Interesting, I thought nocheck would just work because we went through
dh_auto_test...  Oh duh, we don't go through dh_auto_test since my change
to call make directly and avoid parallelising the tests - sorry :/

Fwiw, my local branch has these changes:
- Move .so libs to standard /usr/lib
- Split rust-gdb into separate package
- Set buildflags according to policy (fixes relro lintian issue)
- Remove obsolete debian/source/include-binaries

I didn't push it to alioth because of the first change - I'm still waiting
for consensus that this is the best fix to make prefer-dynamic work (but
not the default of course).

I'll push the other changes to pkg-rust/master real soon now.
