nethsm-pkcs11 build-depends on librust-pem-rfc7468-0.7+default-dev, however
rust-pem-rfc7468 was recently updated to version 1.

Upstream has updated the dependency to version 1, they did not make any code
changes when doing so, however they did enable the &quot;alloc&quot; feature.
