[Pkg-salt-team] Upload of new version

Hi,
as I said in one of my first mail I will upload a new version of salt
either this evening > 23:00 UTC  or early next morning (<12:00 UTC).

Based on the discussion (I didn't look at the repository yet) it seems
like I will probably just use the version in the salt.git repository.

If it is not done yet I would set the maintainer to pkg-salt-team@ and
Uploaders to Joey and Franklin and maybe Andrii (if he wants to).

JFTR I will only fix major/big issues before uploading this package.
I only do the upload now as mika wants to be removed from the maintainer
field.

P.S: I can also just increment the debian version of the old package and
change the maintainer accordingly if you want me to.
