[Pkg-salt-team] Backports

Hi,

Madduck has been hosting backported versions of salt. I wish to thank
him very much for this, it has been invaluable in my day job and
presumably others as well.

I assume he doesn't want to actively continue doing this unless
absolutely necessary.

UtahDave from saltstack is providing space/bandwidth/etc for hosting
backported releases at debian.saltstack.com.

I am planning to backport our most recent release on an ongoing basis
to squeeze (and wheezy once it arrives) for hosting at this location.

Based on the way madduck has been doing it, the package version
numbers will be similar to:

0.14.0-1~bpo60+1~dst.1

with the dst standing for Debian Salt Team.

If anyone has any comments or issues with any aspect of this, please
let me know.
