[Pkg-salt-team] new salt release(s)

Afternoon all,

It looks like upstream is nearing a new release (either security or
feature). This may be 0.14.2 (if security) or 0.15.0 (if feature).

Is anyone particularly keen to do this release? If I don't hear
otherwise, I will import the new release and update the changelog
ready for uploading to unstable once they announce it.

If they release 0.14.2, there could be a 0.15.0 release within a week or so.
