[Pkg-salt-team] Bug#996271: salt in testing isn't compatible with jinja2 in testing

Package: salt-ssh
Version: 3002.6+dfsg1-4

When using salt-ssh 3002.6+dfsg1-4 with python3-jinja2 3.0.1-2, I get 
"Jinja variable 'salt' is undefined" errors. I think the upstream bug is 
https://github.com/saltstack/salt/issues/60188 and it appears to have 
been fixed in newer versions of salt. Could you change the control 
fields of salt to prevent installing incompatible versions together please?
