salt 3006 does support python 3.11
per https://docs.saltproject.io/salt/install-guide/en/latest/topics/salt-python-version-support.html
and
https://github.com/saltstack/salt/issues/64457 [FEATURE REQUEST] Add
Python 3.11 to onedir packages

But there are missing dependencies for salt up from 3005.
salt 3005 tests require pytest-shell-utilities
https://pypi.org/project/pytest-shell-utilities/ from the saltstack
project https://github.com/saltstack/pytest-shell-utilities.

And 3006 requires python3-looose which are not packaged in Debian at
all.

Cheers,
Alban
