[Pkg-samba-maint] switched to SVN

Hello together,

as requested there is now a subversion repository for the samba
packaging.

The request with some infos from alioth admins:
http://alioth.debian.org/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=302431&group_id=1&atid=200001

The repository via web:
http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/pkg-samba

Access for people with write access:
svn co svn+ssh://<alioth_username>@svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-samba

FYI: There are no ssh keys from alioth or Debian on the svn server (I
dont know why) so you have to copy them manually.

Anonymous access:
svn co svn://svn.debian.org/pkg-samba

Please check if I failed to migrate correctly. If you say its OK we
should ask for cvs removal so we dont have 2 repositories.

Please use only svn from now.:)
