Apparently, as the log excerpts you posted demonstrate, the corruption
seems to occur in locking.tdb.

Even though I'm unsure whether the smb.conf may help, I think it would
be worth having it as well. Could you send it?

And, finally, last but not least, a log could certainly help upstream
to debug that problem (I see indeed nothing but sending the whole
thing to upstream). If you can narrow the moment where such corruption
appears, having a log, preferrably at level 10, would be
great. Unfortunately, that means a lot of information to send..:-|
