I agree this is not that a big issue..:-)

I did that because I do it regularly for my own packages and I think
it's quite a sane habit to use the highest compatibility level that's
possible (the key being the version that's in stable).

Here, it helps dropping "dhclean -k" in favor of dh_prep, for
instance.

And, why not, maybe some day we'll be able to switch over to "dh". For
talloc, that seems possible, thought there are things I'm not entirely
sure about.
