[Pkg-samba-maint] Bug#652942: dhcp hook runs reload on shutdown (after service has been stopped)

Hi, this problem still occurs on both an i386 machine and an AMD64 machine,
causing a delay in shutdown/reboot.

Any further ideas/suggestions?
