We have changed perms of smbspool_krb5_wrapper in 2:4.8.1+dfsg-1:

Try doing the same.

Otherwise, unfortunately, I can't help. Maybe ask on CUPS support
channel or samba-user mailing list.

Please report back, so that we can improve the README.Debian, or fix
the package.
